In this book the animals of the enchanted forest in 18 selected yoga- exercises are inspired by the children. The exercises are the training of the child's perception and have the change of tension and relaxation a balancing effect on the body. Simultaneously, the concentration and thus increase the performance of the children. Children's yoga leads to a more conscious use of oneself and others and is an important step on the road to more balance and confidence.

The quiet songs on the CD are to accompany the exercises as well as the relaxation phase. "Yoga for Kids in the Magic Forest" is a part of the music program of "Myrtel and Bo."
