Economy
Learning in motion is part of the future of an education which changes content and creates conditions so that learning is fun.
The difficult tasks of teachers and principles will also be made easier.
With this concept, the consequential costs for unsuccessful students will be reduced. The business world will receive engaged, creative employees. The standpoint of Germany draws on the richness of its people.
Whoever wants to enrich education with content which causes change must have the courage to do so.
Further possible advantages of our concept:
- Social behaviour and motivation of the children are remarkable. In the case of a teacher's absence, the children will continue their work with determination - often the classes work concentratedly and quietly.
- Teachers are less overloaded (no copying) and increasingly progress into a managerial role. This results in time for individual students.
- Parents engage themselves more for the children and the school.
- Teachers and parents are often quite impressed by or enthusiastic about this concept, just as some parents are regarding the development of their children. To meet such enthusiasm in everyday school-life does not happen very often and sometimes seems unusual. Often the identification with the content and success is sizeable. We call this the "Finland Virus".
Those who are less favorably disposed towards this concept are annoyed by its successes. Their criticism is unfounded and is refuted by the content. The practical experience of engaged teachers and the incorporation of scientific findings have brought about a high-quality product.
